Hi! I’m Nora, I’m going to be your coach.
I’m a CPA, turned Clinical Sexologist, with experience coaching numerous nutrition, diet, self–improvement, and weight loss groups.
I am in the process of getting my 500 hour Yoga Certification, as well as my Sports Nutrition Certification.
On a more personal note, in 2018 I shattered my pelvis& spine and damaged my nerve branches in a skiing accident. I was disabled for a long time, unable to sit up, walk or even wiggle my toes. My body is filled with hardware, and it took me years of hard work and physical therapy to recover.
Although it was a challenging experience, it had left me so grateful for the mobility I have today. I have worked through so much to get to where I am.
I want to encourage people from all walks of life to do the same. Whatever your struggle may be, I want to help motivate you to get the results you want.
