• 12 One Week Long In Person Visits:  

A detailed, personalized training schedule for you. I will train with you every day. Depending on the menu you are on, I will be your personal chef & cook for you each day that I am with you. 

I will  meal prep meals for you. (For current week & freezer ready)

 I will teach you how to cook & meal prep for your needs. *This may include shopping to help add to the kitchen* 

We will hold that week's 1:1 session, Lifeline & Intimacy session in person. 

We will go on at least one active adventure around where you live.

 We will go out to eat a minimum of 3x, to explore food & philosophy. 

As an active CPA, we can hold an in-person mastermind about your goals, vision, business, trademarks, etc.
